Music Students who wish to take a Grade 6, 7 or 8 practical
need a Grade 5 in Music Theory. I love this subject;
I have a good track record of helping students to pass this exam.
I also teach Guitar for beginners.
I teach Piano and Recorders up to Grade 5.

I am skilled on the Penny Whistle and the Mandolin if
folk music is what you'd like to learn.
I never insist on students needing to take exams.
My aim is to encourage playing for the pure pleasure of playing.
